HR Advisor Job in Melbourne 3000, Victoria Australia

Our client is large, stable customer focused organisation that services over 50,000 customers and is specialises in preparing a diverse range of professional services to the people of Australia. Due to demand within an HR team, an exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for an HR Advisor. Working in the CBD office, this role is a 3 month contract, and is imperative to the success of the team HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager the role will see you provide generalist advice to the company as a whole within their advisory team. The key areas you will be focusing on will be Change Management, Employee Performance, Training and Development, OHS, Policies and Procedure, and specific projects working with the People and Culture Manager.

To be successful in this role it is essential to have a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or substantial experience in a Human Resource related role. It is also essential to have experience in Occupational Health and Safety. You will also provide coaching, consulting support and training. Recruitment, assessment and selection experience would be advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for exposure within a large organisation, providing advice on a broad range of concepts. You will have experience as a HR Advisor and be able to hit the ground running by being a quick learner and a fantastic communicator.
