Join this worldwide leader in the logistics sector who specialise in providing solutions to the Mining and Oil and Gas industries. With their commitment to a major Western Australian project, they now require an experienced HR Advisor to support their growing team.
This role is being recruited initially as a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for supporting the entire range of HR functions within the department. Responsibilities will include; managing the end to end recruitment process, performance management, coordinating workers compensation and return to work programs, organising 457 visa applications and supporting internal communication initiatives and HR systems.
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following; a relevant tertiary degree, previous experience in a similar position, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated capability to work independently and within a team setting.
