HR Advisor

Duties: The purpose of the role is to enhance and support the performance of Southcare by:
•  Coordinating and delivering HR, OSH and QA services including recruitment, selection, induction, training and mentoring staff, hazard management and continuous improvement
•  Supporting line managers and coordinators to ensure compliance with funding bodies and professional standard requirements
• Assisting to facilitate quality service performance across the organisation
