The purpose of this role is to provide first class HR advice and support to the wider organisation, including key stakeholders and senior Advisors and Managers using best practice consulting and managing techniques.The main roles for this positions are:
Leading varied HR projects specifically around the areas of employee engagement and talent management.
Providing HR advice to key stakeholders and functional HR representatives in relation to employee relations, performance management, and remuneration benefits.
Pro-actively partnering with the business in relation to employee relations issues.
Full support to HR systems

We are looking for a candidate with experience of influencing, implementing and developing HR strategy and policies to meet business objectives. Demonstrable experience building and maintaining relationships and credibility with stakeholders and senior Advisors and Management. A positive, confident, solution focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously and support a wider team.Fluent english is mandatory.
