HR Advisor - Contract for 6 -9 months - North Yorkshire - ·£24k pro rata
Our client is looking for someone with experience of managing employment relations issues and providing Managers with generalist advice on HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary, capability, grievance, probation and absence issues
You should also possess updated knowledge of employment legislation changes and ability to advise Managers accordingly. We are looking for someone who can manage all related HR generalist issues.
You will be providing support to the HR Business Partner, Managers and other key stakeholders within the business.
In terms of key skills we are looking for HR Advisory and Generalist Experience· Project experience would be an advantage. You should also be a good influencer and communicator. Pro-active and self-motivated· Good Word, Excel and Power-point skills.
