HR Aministrator Job in Brisbane 4000, Queensland Australia
This professional services organisation has strong links to the resources industry and due to recent growth, seeks a highly motivated Administrator to join their busy team of dedicated HR professionals.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing a busy workload which will involve administrative tasks relating to staff contract change letters, offers of employment and elements of the recruitment function. You will assist in the coordination of training events and assessment centres, and assisting with a range of additional duties as directed by the HR manager. You must be customer focussed and have good communication skills to be successful in this role. Opportunities may exist for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting an HR or Recruitment team.
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage although not essential.
- You must have excellent attention to detail, as well as having strong IT skills with proven ability in all aspects of MS Office software.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your time.
- Strong communicator, committed to providing excellent customer service.
