Embarking on the creation a Global Shared services function, this newly created role reports to the HR Operations Team Leader - Admin. This role is responsible for delivering HR administration activities for the organisation. With reach over more than 8,000 employees, this role will play a key part ensuring that managers and employees receive accurate and timely documentation throughout their employee life cycle. In addition you will:
- Administer recruitment activities such as, but not limited to, generating letters of offer and contracts.
- General document management.
- Coach managers through a number of HR workflow processes (including self service).
- Administer job changes and employee separation.
- Maintain documentation templates and manage regional content.
- Develop super user expertise in workflow and documentation management technologies.
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements to policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in administration, data entry, data management or reporting. In addition, you will have general knowledge of human resources and proven computer skills using Microsoft Office. Your ability to manage a high volume of work, self motivate and great organisational skills will help you excel in this role. Strong customer service skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships both globally and within the regional Lend Lease community.
