Embarking on the creation a Global Shared services function, this newly created role reports to the HR Operations Team Leader - Data. This role is responsible for delivering HR and organisational data activities for the organisation. With reach over more than 8,000 employees, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate information and data integrity. In addition you will:
- Create and amend employee records.
- General document management.
- Manage reporting requests.
- Ensure data integrity through accurate data entry and data cleansing.
- Input data transactions including job changes, employee separations and employee personal information changes.
- Develop super user expertise in workflow and documentation management technologies.
- Recommend process improvements or enhancements to systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in data entry, data management or reporting. In addition, you will have general knowledge of human resources, experienced working with an ERP system, such as Oracle, CHRIS21 or JDE. Your ability to manage a high volume of work, self motivate; great organisational and strong analytical skills will help you excel in this role. Strong customer service skills are required as you build and foster strong relationships both globally and within the regional Lend Lease community.
