HR Analyst/HR Consultant recruitment
Our client is a top professional services firms with locations in the UK, Europe, United States, Middle East and Asia. With Asian headquarters located in Hong Kong and the regional business constantly growing, they are looking for a HR Consultant to join their growing team for Asia.
You will work with the Asia Regional HR Advisory Centre Manager Regional Head of HR and focus on utilising your comprehensive HR knowledge to influence strategic business planning. You will also partner with specialist teams to develop HR solutions and also drive the strategic people agenda changes. Your analysis skills on compensation, salary, workforce planning and team development gap analysis will be key to your success.
As a successful candidate you will have 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Consultant with a global Consultancy and have exposure to a number of Fortune 500 companies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to develop key relationships both external and internal clients. As a team player with strong people skills you will also speak fluent English as well as Chinese.
