HR Analytics Manager Job in Dublin, Dublin Ireland

 

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the job holder is responsible for successfully developing and leading a HR Centre of Excellence that is responsible for delivery of a professional Human Capital Analytics capability that enables the development and sustainment of  descriptive and predictive analytics as a sound basis for decision making.   

The job purpose is to develop HR predictive capabilities and to integrate the business value of predictive analytics into the fabric of HR related business decision-making to improve organisational performance and competitive advantage.  

To this end, the job holder is expected to demonstrate a high standard of desired technical analytics capability together with the clear ability to apply this in a HR/business context by translating data into valuable and compelling insights to enable HR/ business leaders identify current and future issues and resolutions.

The role is a key enabler to the HR Transformation programme including the centralisation of analytics and reporting expertise from one single trusted source. The job holder will liaise closely with the Information Utility/Decision Analytics function as the core organisational Centre of Excellence.
