HR Analytics Manager Job in Dublin Ireland

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Analytics Manager Opportunity available, joining a transformational change programme within one of Ireland major companies. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the job holder is responsible for successfully developing and leading a HR Centre of Excellence that is responsible for delivery of a professional Human Capital Analytics capability that enables the development and sustainment of descriptive and predictive analytics as a sound basis for decision making.
 
The job purpose is to develop HR predictive capabilities and to integrate the business value of predictive analytics into the fabric of HR related business decision-making to improve organisational performance and competitive advantage. To this end, the job holder is expected to demonstrate a high standard of desired technical analytics capability together with the clear ability to apply this in a HR/business context by translating data into valuable and compelling insights to enable HR/business leaders identify current and future issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities
• Build a team of HR information/business analysts/subject matter experts.
• Responsible for providing accurate reporting and analytics on behalf of HR for Management
• Establish and develop a HR analytics Centre of Excellence that will be responsible for developing and delivering a Human Capital Analysitics framework
• Work with stakeholders to shape analytics projects that improve business performance through informed decision making by creating and building algorithms and models appropriate to the analytics approach.
• Lead and manage the design, development, implementation and maturing of reporting and analytics capabilities including advanced solutions. Provide hands-on business knowledge working with database developers, DBA's, data architects, data quality analysis and other IT teams.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant predictive analytic industry experience in HR context.
• Background in advanced analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years supervising analytic teams in industry or consulting environments, preferably relating to HR strategic decision making.
Preferred Skills:
• Masters Degree in an appropriate quantitative field preferred
• 8 years of experience: in advanced statistics software; in leading advanced modelling techniques with the application of statistics/econometrics to business problems; in a relevant analyticsdomain' (e.g. hr analytics etc)
4 years of advisory experience to HR/business leaders with proven track record in:
• Significant client impact and value creation
• Issue based problem solving
• Structured communications
Professional Skill Requirements:
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team of predictive analysts.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
