HR Analytics Officer (AVP)
JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a position as an Associate or Analyst in the Consumer and Business Banking HR Analytics function to help drive the HR analytics agenda and build a culture of educated consumers and users of HRMIS. They will consult with HR partners regarding workforce trends and opportunities, internal and external market information, diversity and headcount metrics to enable effective workforce decision making and tell the stories of our workforce in a way that identifies and opens opportunities. The successful candidate will understand our HR functions, practices, data systems and technology as well as analytics and reporting. They will also have the ability to manage large scale projects and work well independently and as part of a highly motivated team. They will employ a combination of creative-thinking and technical know-how in a rapid paced, changing environment. Working with all of the functions within HR (Compensation, Business Partners, Recruiting, and Learning Development) the successful candidate will fulfill business needs by understanding which key questions require deep investigation and developing ways to get at that data through defining business requirements and developing data-driven solutions. Main Duties/Responsibilities · Deliver HR Analytics with timely, accurate, comprehensive, and easy-to-use MIS to achieve firm/business People goals, and to improve decision making. Analyze data and summarize key findings and implications. · Research and integrate analytic best practice, supporting special projects and initiatives (e.g., talent pipeline, performance enhancement, diversity and management scorecards). · Actively participate in the development, modification and delivery of solutions to meet CBB HR and client information needs. Discuss requirements with clients/end-users, assess feasibility of proposals to address, and represent needs with our corporate partners · Lead efforts to continuously improve data capture, technology, reporting and analytics (e.g. drive changes to HR MIS tools and practices). · Actively participate in CBB and firm-wide projects involving data, including changes to enhance data integrity and effectiveness and utility of HR systems. · Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and devise ways to streamline/ enhance/ automate analytic reports. · Develop analytics tools and resources for CBB HR professionals (e.g. tip sheets, analytics coaching and training programs, other tools) · Educate HR Professionals on importance and impact of data integrity, HR technology and applications and promote end user self reliance.
