This leading organisation within the heavy industries has impressive Milton offices and are known as a leader in their industry. Having been established for many years they are positioned for growth.

A new project has been established which requires an experienced HR Assistant to achieve key targets and deliver a consistent service to the corporate side of the business.

In alignment with a new organisation structure you will be creating and updating position descriptions and carrying out full process recruitment for any identified gaps. You will be sourcing candidates for corporate roles, focussing regularly on IT. You will also support the Senior HR Advisor on a regular basis and step up to cover in their absence.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in full process recruitment, creating position descriptions and updating organisation charts. In return you will work closely with a dynamic Senior HR Advisor and further develop your HR skills.
