HR Assistant Job in Nijkerk 3861, Gelderland Netherlands
Role responsibilities:
- Hiring:
Work with the recruitment agencies;
CV pre-selection;
Interviews arrangements.
- CB:
EJC implementation and follow up;
Company cars;
Other benefits (pension, medical coverage,…).
- Payroll management:
Liaison with payroll companies;
Follow up timesheets, vacation, absenteeism (illness, accidents,…).
- Training and Development:
Follow up with managers (needs identification);
Talent Source management.
- Legal:
Liaison with lawyers;
Basic legal knowledge;
Local collective agreement.
- Personnel administration : update document, sick leaves, vacation follow up;
- Help with the implementation of European and Global projects;
- Handle the Global employee satisfaction survey results;
- Provide HOUR support to Northern Europe employees.
Profile:
- HR education;
- At least 3 years HR experience;
- High potential, to grow further in the organisation;
- Enthousiastic.
