HR Assistant; up to £22000; Permanent; Manchester
Our client a market leader in their field with an enviable growing business are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join their 5 stong HR Team.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- To liaise with recruitment agencies and assist with recruitment administration.
- To send out standard contracts
- To assist on induction and process administration for new employees
- Act as an internal consultant advising line managers on basic procedure and process
- Absence management
- To assist with the administration of staff records - updating database and holiday records for example
- Manage the administration of staff benefits
- General office duties e.g. filing
- Payroll preparation
The ideal candidate for this role will be Degree Educated and keen to progress in a career in HR. A HR Qualification such as CIPD is not neccesary, however, someone studying towards this would be preferable. Candidates applying should have at least 1-2 years experience in a HR Administration role along with experience of working in a corporate professional services environment. You should also possess the following characteristics:
