HR Assistant with strong Administrative Skills Job in Livermore 94550, California US

Job Description:
Great opportunity to work as an HR Assistant in a fast paced and ever changing environment! The HR Assistant must have strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize urgent tasks. Individual must have excellent administrative skills and have some experience with logistics and event planning. Working knowledge of SAP is a must.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources
- At least 3 years administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially EXCEL
- Proficient in Concur and SAP

Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex calendar for HR Team. Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms. Prepare presentation materials for on-site and off-site events
- Process Personnel Change Requests for HR (new hire, change of status, performance evaluations, terminations)
- Manage all correspondence for Team Leads. Assist Managers and Leads with all Payroll and HR issues
- Process payroll weekly
- Process expenses using Concur
- Monitor and track all information using SAP
- Update emergency contact binders, as well as email distribution
