Provides extremely diverse, self-directed support to the Westford Airborne Human Resources team. Executes HR duties such as employee onboarding, data consolidation, analysis and reporting for HR metrics. Assists in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required. Also provides customer service and support for all employees.

- Assist employees with basic HR questions regarding pay issues, access to HR systems, benefits, forms, etc.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HR database. Establish and maintain up-to-date functional departmental documentation and standard operating procedures with regards to the system.
- Monitor, track and generate standard reports and other ad hoc reports as required.
- Serve as site coordinator of training records: establishing records, entering data for attendance and tracking and compiling audit reports for verification.
- Insures proper management of performance management online application (TalentStream) and serves as a resident expert.
- Ensure I-9 compliance is maintained.
- Maintain and update digital signage network.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, distributing mail, preparing and maintaining departmental files, maintaining company bulletin boards, interfacing with payroll shared services to process checks and pay adjustments, etc.
- General administrative support to the department.

- 3-5 years administrative experience or equivalent combination of business administration/HR education/experience. Prior HR experience preferred.
- Ability to support multiple staff members, interface with all levels of employees and management, and who can work independently or in a team environment.
- Must have excellent MS office skills with emphasis on Outlook and Excel, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to manage deadlines and ability to achieve results through action orientation.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity and discretion with regard to confidential information.
- Associate's degree in Business or Human Resources required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Some travel may be required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
