HR Associate recruitment
You will have the opportunity to grow into the role and become a full HR business partner for a part of the company.
The HR associate deals with the following responsibilities:
- Support and advise business in employee related matters, including participation in employee development and performance discussions and facilitating conversations to resolve employee issues
- Provide advice and assistance to the business on HR policies, procedures and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to meet deadlines of various HR projects, raise issues and opportunities
- Assist employees with all benefits; administer and explain employee benefits, insurance and 30% ruling
- HR data management; organizational charts, HR statistics, KPI’s and monthly global management reporting
- Serve as the key contact for HR information systems project manager, including ongoing data maintenance and regular reporting
- Liaise with tax consultants regarding all related tax issues and provide tax return assistance accordingly
- Organize HR events and trainings for employees, such as language training, cultural awareness and induction day
- Manage and support payroll process and assist with compensation issues
- Handling parts of HR administration and overview processes and find ways to make them more efficient
Desired Skills Experience
- HBO/WO preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with specialization in Human Resources or Business
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, handling all HR processes and administration
- Ability to grow into the role and become a full HR business partner for a part of the company
- Knowledge of general HR topics, such as: relocation, sickness, immigration, pay rolling
- Proven strategic development of HR initiatives to meet business objectives
- Excellent planning, project management and organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and understand a complex business comprised of trading and IT specialists
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team player- keep the needs of the team as a priority over individual accomplishments
