HR Business Partner (1 yr contract ) recruitment

Due to solid growth and a burgeoning market, our client is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to work in the Wealth Divison of the Bank.

Initially on a one year contract to start with.

• you are responsible for supporting line management with activities relating to staff and succession planning,change management in line with business targets

• Support line management in the area of Market and Business Intelligence through continuous market observation.

• You will be responsible in the design and provision of proactive, client-oriented, professional and integrated HR management in your area of responsibility

• As the HR Business Partner, you would adopt an interface function between Business and HR specialist units, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:

• University degree, specialist education in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 10 years of hands on HR advisory experience, preferably in the financial industry

• High degree of professionalism and tactfulness in handling sensitive situations and is change-oriented with strong focus on business and customer satisfaction

• Able to work independently and in team setting, including working under pressure in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Mandarin speakers are required - due to business requirements

Salary up to $180-200k per annum
