Role
We are seeking a driven and seasoned HR Business Partner to join our passionate HR team.  Reporting to the Acting HR Director, Asia Pacific, this is a true HR Business Partner role that is part of the Australia and New Zealand leadership team and is responsible for delivering holistic HR solutions to the business with the support of a global HR Centres of Expertise.

You will play an integral role in helping managers drive change and a culture shift as well as ensuring global HR strategies and initiatives are tailored to ensure they are implemented effectively across the region.  You will also be responsible for helping drive change management initiatives following a recent company merger.

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
An experienced HR professional with 5+ years generalist experience, you will have a passion for change management and developing solid partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.  You will have solid experience in leadership and talent management strategy, ideally gained within a large customer-centric sales organisation.  You will have exceptional communication skills with an in-depth understanding of employment laws in Australia and New Zealand, strong analytical and financial acumen and effective skills in building credibility quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
