HR Business Partner – Change Management – South Coast
HR Business Partner – Change Management – Greater London
HR Business Partner – Change Management – Midlands
3 month interim contract for an HR Business Partner Salary £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata to cover a region of offices the role is Midlands based
and to start as soon as possible.
The person will be based Midlands/ South Coast or Greater London and be expected to travel to different sites within the region
HR Careers client is an International business with a UK network.
This is 3 month contract possibly longer focusing on Organisational Development, change management and redundancy consultations
You will need to have a background in change management, redundancy consultations, and have a strong understanding of the legalities and technicalities around the complexities of redundancies and OD work
You will therefore be CIPD qualified or equivalent as well as experienced in the associated note taking and administration involved with redundancies and change management.
The successful candidate will need to be robust, resilient, empathetic, capable, and have the ability to stand alone and experience of consultation.
