HR Business Partner (Male) – Zurich recruitment

You will join a team responsible for providing professional administrative and operational services to the HR and Switzerland employees. You will be involved in resourcing, performance management, talent and career development, compensation, change management and organizational development.

Our client is looking for a professional male candidate with at least 5 years experience in HR administration, preferably within banking.

You will also have

• demonstrated competence in a full HR life cycle

• previous experience in compensation, reward, recognition and performance management.

• experience of day to day HR problem solving

• excellent organisational, administrational and leadership skills

• fluency in German and English. French would be an asset.
