As an Aligned Human Resources Business Partner, you will identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis; consult with all levels of management on employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues. You will partner with HR Specialists, including the Development and Compensation management teams, to develop, implement and execute specific HR programs directly aligned to business strategy including: Career Development and Mobility, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
You will partner with Recruiting/HR colleagues and line management in developing and driving the Talent agenda for client base.
In addition to strategic consulting and HR projects, you will execute tactical deliverables to meet business needs.
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be a liaison to staff and managers and educate/promote policy and employee laws.
You will also serve as an ambassador and project manager for various initiatives.
This group will align to the Collections and Recovery group.
The position is based in Irving, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications
Eight to ten years of HR Business Partner/Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies, performance management, and workforce and succession planningExceptional judgment and ability to use creativity in developing client/HR solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues
Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environmentAbility to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basisStrong PC skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and knowledge of PowerPoint and PeopleSoft20 - 25 %Travel estimatedBachelor's Degree in a HR or Business field
