As an Aligned Human Resources Business Partner, you will identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis; consult with all levels of management on employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues. You will partner with HR Specialists, including the Development and Compensation management teams, to develop, implement and execute specific HR programs directly aligned to business strategy including: Career Development and Mobility, Diversity Initiatives, etc.
You will partner with HR colleagues and line management in developing and driving the Talent agenda for client base.
In addition to strategic consulting and HR projects, you will execute tactical deliverables to meet business needs

Qualifications
Requirements:Eight to ten years of HRBP/Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance managementExceptional judgment - ability to make sound decisions and use creativity in developing client/HR solutionsAbility to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues
Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
