What you will do
In a team of three HR Business Partners you will be acting as a business partner to management and team leads. You will be advising on HR related issues like in- through and outflow, performance management, organizational changes, general HR policies, learning and development and health.
As our new HR Business Partner you will:
- Act as a business partner for management and team leads and advise on HR related subjects;
- Support the company’s business goals by advising on organisational development issues;
- Gather and analyse useful management information and provide advice when necessary;
- Coordinate the performance management cycle;
- Initiate, lead or participate in specific HR projects (like compensation benefits, HR automation);
- Initiate and manage projects to professionalise HR;
- Develop and maintain strong internal relations with stakeholders.
What you will need
- Approx. 5 years working experience as HR-advisor/HR Business Partner;
- BSc or MSc degree;
- Experience in applying rules and regulations relating to terms of employment;
- Ability to work on a strategic as well as an operational level;
- A pro-active and result driven attitude;
- Affinity for the financial industry;
- Experience in developing reward and remuneration policies is a plus;
- Experience in developing management/career development programs is a plus;
- High degree of integrity, trust and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication and written skills in both Dutch and English.
