HR Business Partner recruitment

You will identify proactively areas where HR can add value, adopt a business approach to HR issues and recommend appropriate solutions. You will build and manage relationships with key business line managers by working with them to identify solutions to organizational issues covering people, structure, process, strategy and culture to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You will manage and participate in projects, change programs, HR and organizational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities, as well as effectively delivering high quality HR activities. You will measure the effectiveness of HR activities and value add utilizing market intelligence, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms. You will also engage key stakeholders in support of organizational initiatives.
