HR Compensation Analyst recruitment

Responsibilities Include:

• Support annual salary and bonus review process.

• Support the firm's equity process; calculate sign- on and buy-out awards, assign the proper vest and transfer schedules.

• Assist in performance management activities, monitor compensation program awards to ensure compliance with policy, approved spending and governing regulations.

• Support the development of targets and the coordination of performance results for both short-term and long-term incentive funding.

• Manage incentive plan documentation, administration and communication.

• Provide support in the design and administration of compensation plans.

• Provide customer support to client group for all compensation questions
