HR Compensation & Benefit Specialist recruitment

 This job is to be performed by a HR specialist who has a profound knowledge of or have a great potential for assisting in development of the right HR products to meet the needs of the business. The incumbent assists in the planning and development of the HR products in line with the firm’s business goals and strategies, and serves a link between the HR department and the internal customers. He/She also serves to provide the necessary tools and products for the HR Generalist. The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but not limited to:

• Assisting in the administration of compensation and benefits in terms of pay policy and system design;

• Conducting compensation survey on periodical basis and generate survey reports for the line function and the management;

• Assisting in the development of the HR policy and procedure;

• IIT planning and management for expatriates and international hires;

• Assisting for payroll procedure and preparation, if required;

• Other HR products to be specified by the management.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical skills, good understanding of accounting/tax principle is a big plus;

• Mastery of Excel, Word and/or able to understand Access applications;

• Strong research ability;

• Strong interpersonal skills and like to associate with people (smile all the time);

• Must be very detailed oriented;

• Good problem-solving skills;

• A team player;

• Possess a strong passion for HRD;

• Strong English capability;

• Years of experience in HR field of major multinational companies or major international accounting firms would be a big plus;

• Must have the experience in working in professional firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a Science or Technology-related subject or in Economy/ Statistics.
