HR Consultant III-AAA Club Partners Job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma US

Partners and consults with management on the implementation of organizational changes within ACP. Provides guidance on performance management to staff and management (coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions). Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, annual incentive programs and organizational change)

Implements operational objectives and work plans. Implements and aligns HR strategies with business needs and requirements, plans and budgets. Drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, process improvement, etc)

Adept at situation analysis and data mining requiring an in-depth knowledge of the division or department?s goals, plans and budgets

Implements process design, performance improvement, coaching, organizational design, and associated human resource services, systems and tools while monitoring progress with suitable metrics

Drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, process improvement, etc)

Identifies talent issues before they impact the business

Assists in prioritizing business needs across HR

Assists in redesigning structures around strategic objectives

Develop plans which support line of business, management of human capital requirements and establishment of performance expectations to ensure talent capacity is available and optimized to align with business objectives.

Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities

Required:

Track record in performance management, coaching and mentoring

Ability and desire to collaborate across functions to produce results

Possesses excellent communication skills, conveying information with confidence and clarity

A broad technical expertise in employee relations, staffing and retention, compensation, policy development and application, learning and education, planning and other HR processes and programs

Have led large groups through significant change utilizing effective project management and change management techniques and processes

Broad knowledge of HR industry and business practices and operations

Required:

Bachelor's degree in related area (Human Resources or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

6- 7 years experience in HR Consulting

Preferred:

Certification(s) and/or licensure(s) in functional area (SPHR)
