Key Accountabilities:
- Provide IR/ER advice and assistance to line managers
- Ensure that corporate HR policies and procedures are understood and followed
- Manage the resolution of employee grievances and complaints
- Coach and develop managers in the provision of recruitment skills, role description development, workforce engagement, induction, remuneration / incentive reviews and separation processes
- Lead and mentor managers employees in business beneficial behaviours approaches that support the organisation's preferred culture
Desired Skills and attributes:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with IR/ER hands on experience
- End to end project management or delivery experience including Change Management projects and/or process improvements
- Consultative approach to problem-solving
- Detail focused and analytically minded - reviews the facts and figures
