HR Consultant Job

Position Description Direct the Human Resources function for multiple areas or headquarters departments. Provide direct support in employee relations, performance analysis, career development, affirmative action, and risk mitigation. Serve in a consultant role in areas such as recruiting, benefits administration, salary administration, and compensation. Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 6 years employee relations or human resources generalist/consultant experience -OR- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years employee relations or human resources generalist/consultant experience -OR- 8 years FCB specific human resources experience. Additional Requirements: Thorough understanding of all employment laws and regulatory environment affecting associate working relationship with a proven track record of successful resolution of appeals and grievances. Demonstrated ability to facilitate presentations, meetings and training programs. Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to assess priorities and address critical issues. Ability to identify creative solutions and implement with minimal direction Ability to build strong, partnership based relationships. Working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with an HRIS and applicant tracking system.
