HR Contact Center Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking)
On behalf of our world wide well-known multinational partner we are looking for candidates for the following role:
HR Contact Center Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking) Budapest
Main tasks:
This role encompasses Tier1 HR Generalists. Handling individual queries through calls and e-mail from all their customers (client employees and managers). Topics include, but are not limited to, Compensation Benefits, Workforce Management, Skills Learning. The HR Generalists perform 1st level support and receive the queries first through direct calls and e-mails.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Fluent English and Spanish knowledge (both written and spoken)
- At least 6 month experience in SAP is an advantage
- Fluency in Italian and/or French (both written and spoken) is advantageous
- Strong technical skills an advantage
- Strong customer service attitude
- Good at task/time management and to follow up on outstanding items
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent problem solving skills
