HR Contact Center Representative (English and German speaking)

On behalf of our world wide well-known multinational partner we are looking for candidates for the following role:


HR Contact Center Representative (English and German speaking) - Budapest


Main tasks:

A HR Specialist handle individual queries through calls and e-mail from all the customers (client employees and managers). The HR Specialist performs 1st level support and receives the queries first through direct calls and e-mails. The HR Specialist performs 2nd level support and handle difficult, time consuming or special queries. This involves working closely with client HR teams in various countries.

Requirements:
- Pre-University qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Bacherlors Degree is an advantage
- At least 6 months experience in SAP HR Modules/people soft is advantageous
- Fluent written and spoken Italian would be an advantage
- Knowledge of any of the following European languages is also an advantage: Spanish, French, Greek, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish
