HR Contact Center Representative (Swedish speaking) - Budapest

Main tasks:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports a specific country should be fluent in the relevant language. The CSR is the interface between the customer contacting and the customers HR Department with any HR or Expense related queries. The nature of the role is the same, however the variety comes with the calls/ e-mails.
As an HR Contact Center Representative for Sweden you'll perform first and second level support, receiving questions from direct calls and emails, plus handling more difficult, time-consuming queries as well.
- Handle telephone calls and e-mail queries
- Take ownership of the resolution of callers issues, giving guidance and solving problems at the first point of contact whenever possible within the target response time.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish
- Basic knowledge in Basic IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
