HR Coordinator (80-100%) recruitment
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing job descriptions, screening applications and organizing interviews
 - Organizing HR conference calls and meetings
 - Assisting in salary and bonus reviews
 - Managing employee files
 - Expatriate management
 - Assisting talent management
 
In order to qualify for this role you should possess:
- A diploma in Human Resources
 - 4 years previous experience in an HR function at an international organization
 - Excellent communication skills (fluency in English and German)
 - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Lotus and ERP also an asset)
 - Experience with expatriate management and mobility tasks
