HR Coordinator

Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator.

This job requires you to efficiently and accurately ensure that the Human Resources office is maintained and essential duties are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

*Greeting and assisting all team members, applicants and visitors.

*Assisting with pre-screening of applicants as well as setting new hires orientations.

*Tracking all of the HR paperwork, i.e. PTO, Terms and rate changes.

*Tracking and administering all hourly 90-day and annual reviews and ensuring that are received on a timely manner from department managers.

*Assisting the HR staff with spreadsheets as needed.

*Assisting with the general office duties, i.e. answering the telephone, filing, administering locks, id cards, time cards and name tags for all team members and maintaining accurate record keeping.

*Assist with recruiting and staffing logistics

*Active participant in employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping

assisting with employee relations

*Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager as required (data entry, phone screening, interview scheduling, testing/assessments)

Requirements:

* 2-3 years in a HR coordinator or assistant role.

* Bachelor's degree

* Excellent computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Excellent communications skills verbal and written with all levels of employees from executives to laborers.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Must be timely and accurate.

* Must be proactive and able to use critical thinking skills to solve problems and provide solutions.

* Must be Customer Service focused.

*Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and work under deadline pressure

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information like pay, benefits and medical history

*This role will start ASAP so immediate availability is a must.
