HR Coordinator (m/f), Training & Development Job in Stuttgart 70499, Baden Württemberg Germany
For our location in Stuttgart we are looking – at first limited for about 18 months, but with the option to transfer to an unlimited contract from 2014 – to fill the following position as soon as possible:
The HR Coordinator, Training Development is supporting the Corporate Human Resources function in building up newly developed and existing Training Development programs within
Tasks:
- Scheduling of courses, managing travel arrangements for trainers and coordination of participants’ travel arrangements
- Communication with HR managers globally in order to coordinate training courses outside of Germany
- Communication with external partners like trainers, consultants, hotels etc.
- Administration and organization of training facilities
- Set up a training log and coordinate, evaluate and summarize yearly training plans
- Training feedback analysis and creation of training reports
- Cost controlling
- Maintain and distribute training documentation
- Support special workshops and events
- Set up internal collaboration site and maintain
- General administrational support to the Head of Corporate Human Resources
Education/Skills:
- Bachelor degree (not a must) and first working experience/internship ideally in the HR environment
- Strong organizational skills, ideally in the field of training and development
- IT affinity, very good knowledge of MS Office is a must, broad computing skills are an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English skills and good German skills
- Strong analytical skills, structured and detail oriented as well as the ability to work conceptually
- Open to work with different cultures, can-do attitude
- Ability to think “outside the box” and see the big picture
