Position Summey:
The HR coordinator is responsible for the administration and support of the HR Consulting team. This position will provide employees a first level of assistance on matters regarding: payroll, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and the employee referral program. Position requires working as an integral member of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload.
Resonsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR consulting team
- Maintain calendar / travel / phone for HR Generalists and HR Analytics
- Submit expense reports
- Responsible for creating and maintaining current employee files
- Order office supplies and any necessary technology for team
- Manage the CFA, CIMA and tuition reimbursement program
- Manage employee PTO system
- Manage service award program and employee discount program
- Process all invoices and follow up with AP
- PeopleSoft entry, HRAFs
- Assist with immigration and relocation
- Provide employment verification letters
- Manage employee discounts and the wellness program
- Assist with conference room bookings and team vacation calendar
- Ad hoc and special projects as they should arise
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years progressive Human Resources or Administration experience
- Four year College degree
- Must have advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft, PeopleFluent, and SAP
- Flexible to work overtime as expected in line with business needs
- Must have a high level of integrity, enjoy working under pressure in an intense environment and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting rigorous deadlines
