Engineering company located in Englewood has an immediate opening for a HR Assistant with at least 12 months of Oracle and/or Oracle HRMS experience. Job Duties include: Entering and controlling data from confidential employee records into Oracle based HR system. Review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input. Work with HR and payroll staff to ensure all data is received and completed on time. Complete quality control review. Generate, review, address issues and make any necessary changes in HR system (Oracle) based on analysis of required audit reports. Respond to questions, concerns and requests of all internal customers. Help educate and train internal customers, as needed, on record keeping requirements, HR system processes, and electronic I-9/E-verify system. The ideal Candidate will have strong administrative skills, at least 12 months of current experience working in Oracle or Oracle HRMS, be detailed oriented, possess strong customer service skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
