HR Coordinator

Our Client, based in Dublin South, is seeking a HR Project Coordinator to join their team due to recent expansion. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is initially a 3 month FTC with a view to permanency. Salary circa €30,000.


Key Responsibilities:


TUPE

To coordinate all aspects of all transfers, including:
Communicating with incoming/outgoing contractors
Preparing all necessary documentation for contractors and staff
Updating and liaising with the area managers during the process
Arranging the necessary meetings with contractor and staff
Liaising with Payroll Dept on leavers/joiners for each contract


Training

Familiarising oneself with the current training materials available
Deliver induction training to new hires
Conduct TNA regionally
Deliver on-going training to current staff
Maintaining training records

Requirements:

Mature attitude with inherent respect for staff members
Excellent communicator, both orally and written
Good decision making skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have previous experience with TUPE  due to the high volume of transfers
