HR Director Job in Los Angeles 90064, California Us

The HR Director will manage, organize, and implement comprehensive HR management programs that include, but is not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, training, organizational development, HRIS administration, safety, and performance appraisals. The successful candidate will be hands on in all aspects of HR; maintain a willingness and ability to lead by example with a strong sense of ownership and urgency; possess proficient experience in the field.

 

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

 

? Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

 

? 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years of HR Generalist experience.

 

? Solid employee relations background with a strong track record of success in handling complex HR issues with little supervision.

 

? Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (CA labor laws, ADA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc).

 

? Full cycle recruitment experience with ability to source candidates for a wide variety of job classifications.

 

? Computer proficiency with ADP Pay expert; and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

? Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills and attention to detail.

 

? Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
