Responsibilities
This individual will be the HR driver of Retail’s survey process and HR related communications. Primary contributions are the management of survey analysis and engagement activities as well as development and execution of HR communication messaging and creative; aligning with the Retail branding and communications team and supporting Alliance Data and the Retail division’s brand.
Oversee associate survey process, results analysis and action planning
Consultant on Associate Engagement Planning Committee(s)
Develop and facilitate ongoing Associate Engagement action plans such as recognition programs, the Easton café engagement wall communications process, senior leader profiles, department profiles, open hours with Executive Committee members, etc…
Develop and Manage associate engagement budget and conduct ROI analysis of programs
Determine the effectiveness of ongoing and one-time activities – track results so that improvements can be made year to year
Identify and share best/next practices across Retail and enterprise
Facilitate pulse surveys, focus groups and any other interim feedback mechanisms
Manages, plans, directs internal communication activities related to HR
Reads and evaluates materials submitted for publication
Prepares associate newsletters, brochures, internet content, etc. which educate and inspire associates
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to contribute in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to produce results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and ability to interact with and influence people at all levels are required
- Ability to prioritize work flow and work with minimal direction, make independent decisions, preserve confidentiality in dealing with proprietary material
- Ability to Apply critical/strategic thinking: "thinking out of the box"
- Experience in communicating via different channels; interactive/digital media experience a plus.
- Ability to use design programs (including InDesign, PhotoShop and Web design tools), combined with strong desire to grow design expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, communications or equivalent related education and/or experience required.
Experience:3-5 years professional work experience in human resources, with two years specific experience in associate engagement/associate relations/communications related work leading related projects/teams.
