Large Agriculture Company is seeking a HR Generalist. As a HR Generalist you will be responsible for ensuring that all hiring procedures are followed and in compliance with company policy and employment law. In addition this position is responsible for maintaining positive relations with employees, management, corporate, and the community. Seeking a professional skilled in and knowledgeable of Federal and California Labor laws, 2 to 3 years Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment. Bachelors degree A+. Successful candidates work with integrity and posses excellent communication skills, ability to listen and respond quickly and appropriately with employees, management, and visitors. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access are required. Company offers room for growth with a competitive compensation and benefit plan
