To support the continuously business growth and needs in Asia Pacific region, we are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our organization in Beijing.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a full-service HR Generalist role. This position is responsible for HR operation for the region, in supporting, managing the execution of processes for immigration, on boarding and induction of new joiners, employee benefits. The job holder will also be involved in employee relations, talent and performance management initiatives and the Year End compensation and promotion processes. There is an increasing appetite for HR involvement in coaching and support to managers and their teams, and there will be opportunities for the right individual to identify significant HR interventions which they will be encouraged to pursue.
