HR Generalist Job in Nashville, Tennessee US

ICX Group is recruiting for a HR Generalist in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment and be a forward thinker.

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for general HR functions as well as Employee Relations, Benefits and Payroll.  

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related degree

·         PHR or SPHR designation preferred

·         3+ years work experience in a human resources role required

·         Knowledge of human resources practices and benefits, staffing, training, performance management, regulatory compliance (such as EEO, AAP, and HIPAA practices) required

·         Multi-tasking skills – able to manage current and emerging issues in a fast-paced and changing environment

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Travel up 40%
