One of the key vacancies that we are searching for is the one of HR generalist for the poduction plant in North-Western part of Czech Republic. The key responsibilities will include...
- managing HR processes in the production plant (cca. 200 employees)
- overseeing Recruitment, CompensationBenefits, LearningDevelopment, Safety etc.
- dealing with local Unions
- building and strenghtening all HR processes and structures
Person Specification
- min. 4 years of HR experience
- good understanding of the production site environment
- excellent communication skills
- native Czech (or Slovak) and fluent English
Location: North-Western Czech republic
Starting date: negotiable
Salary level: very competitive!
