Description/Responsibilities

 

Staffing:

·         Job analysis and description with hiring department and managers

·         Job announcement and advertisement

·         Working with recruiting companies and employment agencies

·         Resume screening and interview arrangement

·         Negotiation and offer

·         Background and reference verification

·         New employee orientation and paperwork

 

Benefits and Payroll

·         Benefits enrollment and administration (health insurance, 401K, etc.)

·         Employee benefits support (claims and questions)

·         Vendor management with benefits brokers, TPAs and providers

·         Payroll processing and administration and payroll system maintenance

·         Prepare and provide payroll reports to Finance and HQ

 

Training and OD:

·         Performance Management and Training programs

·         Coordinate any training required by local laws and regulations

 

Legal Compliance

·         Employee recordkeeping and management

·         HR and employee required reporting

·         Visa and immigration application and processing

·         Employment laws and regulations related issues

 

 

Requirements/Qualifications

 

·         Bachelor degree in HR, business, education, or other relevant area

·         5-10 years HR generalist experience

·         Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and benefits administration desirable

·         Good working knowledge of local employment laws and regulations

·         Outstanding customer service and communication skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

·         Open to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
