HR Generalist recruitment
Job Description:
This job is to be performed by a HR Generalist (Coverage Officer) who has a profound knowledge for developing and delivering all-round HR services to meet the business needs and ensuring the Company’s HR practice is competitive in local markets. Working closely with the headquarter HR, the incumbent will serve the internal departments at all levels as business partners and change agent in the communications and implementation of HR initiatives including policies and practices for HR planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, staff development and etc. This role serves as a link between the HR department and the internal customers. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
- Responsible for staffing tasks for the internal departments, including staff planning, recruiting, offer extending and new hire orientations;
- Ensuring the compensation and benefits practices are both competitive and cost effective;
- Providing HR solutions to the line managers on a variety of employee relations issues;
- Completing various harmonization projects in the areas relating to compensation benefits, HR policies and procedures as well as other HR operational tasks;
- Interacting with the line managers and HR Training Officer to identify training needs and design training programs
Core Qualification:
- Understanding of the investment banking business
- An effective and efficient communicator with good English and Mandarin abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy
- Independent with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused and detailed-oriented
- Aptitude to multi-tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
- A team player
Preferred background:
- A bachelor degree in HR management, finance, accounting, or other related majors.
- Minimum 3 year HR related experience in a financial institution or a multinational company.
