HR Generalist recruitment

Job Description:
This job is to be performed by a HR Generalist (Coverage Officer) who has a profound knowledge for developing and delivering all-round HR services to meet the business needs and ensuring the Company’s HR practice is competitive in local markets. Working closely with the headquarter HR, the incumbent will serve the internal departments at all levels as business partners and change agent in the communications and implementation of HR initiatives including policies and practices for HR planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, staff development and etc. This role serves as a link between the HR department and the internal customers.
