General Summary
LDH Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to provide HR support to Houston office plus our Asset businesses in Texas, West Virginia, Kentucky and New York as well as the Uruguay office. The Generalist will report to the Head of Human Resources. In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for supporting employee relations, HR administration, performance management, compliance and policy interpretation, and will provide recruitment support for the Asset businesses.
Job Requirements
Education
College degree preferred
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience
5-8 years of HR experience within a corporate environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Licenses
Knowledge of some HR support areas with strong organizational skills, including high attention to detail
Customer service orientation in supporting the business
Proactive team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to function with minimal supervision, establish priorities and follow through on them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Travel – up to 25%
