Position Summary: The HR IT Analyst will be responsible for support and maintenance of all Human Resources, Time Keeping and Expense information systems, including Ultipro (HR data, payroll and benefits system), Kronos (timekeeping, attendance and scheduling), iCIMS (recruiting) and Concur (employee expense). Additionally, this person will be responsible for assuring the integrity and accuracy of the HRIS data, compiling statistical information and preparing reports from the systems. The HR IT Analyst must be competent to assist employees in the utilization of the HRIS systems. Position Responsibilities: Support and maintenance of the Ultipro, Kronos, and Concur systems to include onboarding, data feeds, and transfer of data via FTP servers Responsible for routinely auditing all information in the Kronos, Ultipro, iCIMS, and Concur systems for accuracy Creating and distributing reports based on data in Kronos, Ultipro, iCIMS, and Concur using various tools including Cognos Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors and hosts for Kronos, Ultipro, iCIMS, and Concur for current and future projects, support service and education Position Requirements: Bachelor Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field 3-5 Years experience in analytical roles; must be detailed oriented with solid analytical, troubleshooting, organization and decision making skills Experience using and administering timekeeping and workforce management software, application tracking systems, and human resources software strongly preferred Must be proficient at analyzing software systems Must be proficient at providing aggregated data in a report format Must have working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Advanced Excel skills are required Preferred knowledge of SQL and Cognos reports Microsoft knowledge and experience required Must demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
